If the church doesn't have activities for our teenagers, the world will pull them away at a very critical time in their lives. Faith on Fire is for those who are ages 12+. We have weekly activities every Friday night, including a monthly Youth Rally when we gather with youth from other churches and worship the Lord, with a time of food, fun and fellowship following the service. Some of the relationships that develop as a result of these Youth Rallies last a lifetime.
Other weekly activities often include a time of devotion and dedication to the Lord, as well as Outreach Ministries. No matter what the activity -- whether spiritual or just clean fun -- Faith on Fire members enjoy just hanging out and being together.
The leaders of this vital ministry, Bro. Charles & Sis. Rachel Marie, have a heart to see that our youth keep their feet on the straight path which leads to God. Bro. Charles grew up at Faith Assembly and knows the strength that can come from having Godly friends with a Youth Pastor who has been in their shoes.
In addition to weekly activities, the Faith on Fire members attend weekend Youth Retreats twice each year, as well as a week-long Youth Camp during the summer. These additional activities are a time for our youth to separate themselves unto a dedicated time for the Lord to renew them and keep the Fire of God burning in their hearts!
